Caitlin Prickett Runyon, DO

Dr. Caitlin Prickett Runyon founded Concierge Medicine of Boca Raton in December 2021 after a single realization: the traditional healthcare model would never allow her to practice medicine the way she believed it should be practiced.

Trained as a board-certified Internal Medicine physician, Dr. Prickett attended The University of Alabama, where she graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Science degree, double-majoring in chemistry and biology. She completed a postgraduate program in Biomedical Sciences at Georgia Campus ‐ Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine before graduating in the top 15 percent of her medical school class at William Carey University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Her residency in Internal Medicine at the University of South Alabama Medical Center ‐ a Level 1 trauma center and regional stroke center ‐ gave her the clinical expertise to manage a wide array of complex conditions.

After residency, Dr. Prickett worked in outpatient internal medicine and became an early adopter of telehealth and virtual care. She has conducted research published in international, peer-reviewed scientific journals and has a background in NASA Astrobiology Institute research. She founded Concierge Medicine of Boca Raton with a vision for a practice built on prevention, genuine relationships, and unhurried care. Today, new patient visits last 60 minutes and annual physicals are scheduled for 90 minutes.

Dr. Prickett practices whole-body medicine, taking into account all factors that affect a patient’s health: lifestyle, family history, environmental factors, and mental wellness. She has additional training in women’s health and is a member of the North American Menopause Society. As an on-staff physician at Boca Raton Regional Hospital, she remains actively involved in coordinating care when patients are admitted.

Outside the practice, Dr. Prickett enjoys travel, snow skiing, concerts, biking, paddle boarding, and yoga. She is married to her husband, Jeffery, and has three amazing children, including a new baby born Summer of 2026!
