A Practice Built Differently
One phone call saved a patient's life.
After a patient called with persistent abdominal pain following a return to fitness, Dr. Caitlin Prickett listened carefully ‐ and urged the patient to seek emergency care and request diagnostic imaging. Although the imaging was not initially considered necessary, the patient trusted Dr. Prickett’s recommendation and insisted. It revealed a life-threatening condition that required immediate treatment.
Stories like this reflect what Concierge Medicine of Boca Raton was built for.
Dr. Prickett founded this practice in 2021 after realizing that the traditional healthcare model gave her only minutes with each patient. She envisioned something different: a practice focused on prevention, meaningful relationships, and unhurried care ‐ where the physician works for the patient, not the insurance company.
The practice was designed around time, not volume.
New patient visits last a full hour.
Annual physicals are scheduled for ninety minutes.
Physicians maintain smaller patient panels.
Every patient has their physician’s personal cell phone.
Still a small practice, by design.
The practice has grown to include Dr. Jaron Schaumberg and Dr. Elizabeth Polsinelli ‐ each bringing deep expertise and the same commitment to knowing every patient personally.
Despite continued growth, the practice remains intentionally personal. Patients frustrated by rushed appointments and fragmented healthcare notice the difference the moment they walk through the door.
“You’ll still have that small-practice feel. We know every patient who walks through that door.”
Concierge Medicine of Boca Raton continues to grow ‐ with a second location opening in West Palm Beach in Fall 2026 ‐ bringing its personalized, prevention-focused care to more patients across Palm Beach County.
“We ask ourselves: if this were us, or someone we love, what kind of care would we want to receive? That is the standard we hold ourselves to.”
See the difference for yourself.
