Elizabeth Polsinelli, DO

Dr. Elizabeth Polsinelli is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician dedicated to delivering personalized, relationship-driven care with a strong focus on prevention, longevity, and whole-person wellness. She brings more than seven years of Internal Medicine experience caring for patients in the Boca Raton community ‐ and a reputation for being attentive, thorough, and genuinely kind.

Dr. Polsinelli completed her undergraduate education at the University of Michigan before receiving her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, where she was awarded the Jesse M. Young Memorial Award for academic excellence. She completed her Internal Medicine residency at Broward Health Medical Center, where she was recognized for leadership and served as Chief Resident during her final year of training.

In addition to her board certification in Internal Medicine, Dr. Polsinelli holds an additional board certification in Obesity Medicine ‐ meaning she has specialized expertise in cardiometabolic disease, metabolic health, and the medical management of weight. This dual certification allows her to offer a comprehensive approach to preventive care, healthy aging, and sustainable lifestyle change.
